Job description

Your tasks:

• Design, documentation and implementation of solution architectures, conducting architecture reviews
• Guidance and control of software developers
• Programming of different application parts or system components in various language paradigms (low-level, imperative or object-oriented languages, 4 GL languages, scripting languages) based on documented requirements specifications and using established frameworks and design patterns.
• Guidance and methodological support for programmers in the use of components and frameworks, execution of developer tests (component/unit tests), and support for the test team in developing and implementing the test strategy.
• Supporting the project management team in controlling a software development project (e.g., V-model, Scrum)
• Establishing a modern software configuration management system
• Leading the setup, configuration and use of a development infrastructure (work item tracking, version control, build server, continuous integration, etc.) and the migration of legacy systems to modern development infrastructures.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science or a comparable field of study
• Solid knowledge in the software development of large, complex, distributed systems
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: software/system/component architecture, software frameworks, model-driven architecture and design, and/or domain-specific languages
• Experience in common software development processes, e.g., model-based development, UML, SysML, design patterns, code generation, requirements management, testing and validation, software quality, and agile methods.
• Experience in modeling, specifying, and developing distributed, embedded systems
• Solid knowledge of programming languages ​​such as C/C++, Java and other object-oriented languages
