Leads the design and delivery of complex solution architectures by guiding technical teams, shaping future‑state roadmaps, and engaging stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant, and high‑quality product outcomes. Responsibilities Participate fully in software development life cycle for large, complex projects Design, build and produce software solutions independently Conduct team and project planning using Agile methodology and structured delivery processes Collaboratively support, troubleshoot and fix issues as part of broader software development team Work with and lead onsite and offshore delivery and operations teams Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance; motivate others to achieve shared aspirations Establish metric-driven goals and report status, risks and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders This position may require availability outside of standard business hours as part of a rotational on-call schedule Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience At least 13+ years of technical experience in software development At least 13+ years of experience with full lifecycle development using Agile methods Strong experience in full stack development. Strong hands-on experience in JSF/PrimeFaces/React and Java technologies. Strong hands-on experience in PostgreSQL database. Strong understanding, exposure and hands-on experience in Cloud technologies and SaaS application development on AWS.
