• Have 7+ years of JVM development experience, preferably with Kotlin
• Know how to approach performance problems on JVM and Postgres
• Are experienced in building and operating SaaS production services in a distributed, multi-tenant environment
• Can fluently navigate a modern devops stack: K8S, OpenTelemetry, Grafana
• Have a track record of taking over and improving existing production services
