In this role, you will lead projects and tech teams, mentoring and providing guidance throughout the development process. Your expertise will play a crucial role in designing and establishing top-tier software architecture, ensuring that our global clients receive innovative and effective solutions. You'll work collaboratively with a talented team to create maintainable and high-performing applications, driving success through effective communication and proactive problem-solving. \n Accountabilities Write maintainable, testable, and performant software in collaboration with the team. Provide project/program-level leadership, determining technology stack. Collaborate with Strategy and Design teams to define requirements and estimate efforts. Mentor the project team, offering feedback and guidance. Identify and address risks proactively. Research and share findings on new technologies and tools. Communicate effectively with all team members. Requirements 5+ years of experience in building modern production-grade web applications. Strong Java programming skills with experience in Spring Boot or Spring Cloud. Proficient in JS frameworks like React or Angular. Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure). Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices. Deep understanding of components of modern web applications (APIs, templating, etc.). Knowledge of core web principles (HTTP, DOM, SSL, web servers). Fluency with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive work ethic.
