Description

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; OR four (12) years of equivalent work experience.
  • 10 years of experience architecting complex IT systems.
  • 10 years of experience in technical design and applying analytical skills to projects.
  • 10 years of experience participating in large-scale projects, including infrastructure improvements and software development.
  • 10 years of experience working with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • 10 years of experience building integrations between applications across different hardware platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams.
  • Experience with creating models and graphical representations of systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in modernizing and migrating mainframe applications from legacy systems.
  • Expertise in architecting solutions for migrating applications to cloud platforms such as Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Experience in containerization of applications.
  • Experience building application integrations using APIs.
    Job Type: Contract
    Pay: $72.62 - $77.07 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Architect and design complex IT systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Utilize analytical skills to produce technical designs and implement solutions for large-scale projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure and lead software development initiatives.
  • Manage integrations between various applications on different hardware platforms.
  • Lead and guide technical teams through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Create and maintain graphical representations and models of complex systems.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to team members, ensuring project success.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols by completing Security Awareness Training within 30 calendar days of hire.
  • Complete required Level II Background Check successfully.
