POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are recruiting Software Architects to help transform ESB to a digital utility. The successful candidates will work on innovative solutions to help solve ESB’s drive towards a low carbon utility.
Software Architecture is part of the IT Delivery organisation. In ESB, Software Architects are primarily involved in the selection and design of Software solutions to meet business requirements both now and into the future. Our Software Architects demonstrate a wide breadth of Utility Industry knowledge, IT architecture & Software capability by understanding the impact of change on the full enterprise landscape. They are responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and supportability of all changes, be that large projects, products, or smaller changes.
Software Architects have a broad remit and work closely with all ESB business units across the Utilities value chain on projects and products. This is an opportunity to develop both technical and stakeholder management skills.
