Important IT/Logistics company is looking for an Automation Engineer
Hybrid position in Heredia
6 months contract with extension possibilities
Schedule: Mondays to Friday

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Automation Expert you will play a key role in the success of our organization. Acting as a communicator, facilitator, and mediator to seek the best ways to improve our processes and increase effectiveness through technology, analytic solutions, and automation.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Develop new dashboards and identify/execute automation opportunities on the processes.
• Perform data integrity/sanity checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of reports used by the team.
• Actively participate in improving our team’s performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity, as appropriate.
• Proactively escalate issues and problems appropriately to management to mitigate risks.
• Leverage design thinking and seek stakeholders’ feedback to improve the customer experience.
• Support the development of your peers and colleagues by providing guidance, training, coaching, and feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Proficient in using automation tools such as Selenium and Python to streamline processes and increase efficiency is a must.
• English Intermediate to advance
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology
• 1 - 2 years of Experience in similar positions
