Job Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into clear, structured test scenarios and cases to ensure comprehensive coverage. - Design and execute functional, integration, and regression tests across multiple systems and platforms, ensuring software quality and reliability. - Identify, document, and track defects with detailed reproduction steps and expected outcomes to facilitate efficient resolution. - Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues across systems and APIs, promoting effective communication and problem-solving. - Support and enhance automation frameworks for critical workflows, continuously improving overall testing efficiency. Job Requirements: - Proven experience in software testing, including both manual and automation testing across complex applications. - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum environments and proficiency with tools such as Jira or similar platforms. - Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or comparable frameworks. - Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations to enable effective end-to-end testing. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git or Jenkins is preferred. What Sets You Apart: - Demonstrated focus on high-value automation, particularly for critical paths and regression-heavy flows. - Ability to trace issues across APIs, logs, database queries, and microservices, ensuring thorough root cause analysis. - Deep understanding of how systems communicate, including REST, messaging, and database layers. - Hands-on experience building Appium frameworks, not just writing scripts, showcasing advanced automation skills. - Knowledge of order lifecycles, trade flows, validations, and exception handling, adding value to testing complex business processes.
