WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:
• Reviews and refines business requirements and use cases to ensure they are clear, concise and traceable.
o Process-specific requirements analysis through interviews, document and artifact analysis, development of business process descriptions, and task and workflow analysis,
o Detailed process documentation, including system requirements and process flows / use cases. and
o Planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost / benefit analyses and new system design.
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
BA/BS degree and 3-5 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
