Your Tasks Conduct market research to identify potential software and SaaS suppliers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and define requirements. Prepare RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and Scoring Matrixes. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and meet business objectives. Analyze supplier proposals based on price, quality, and service. Oversee the lifecycle of software agreements and licenses. Track and maintain accurate records of (purchases) and contracts. Understanding basic commercial terms of the contract. 1-3 years of experience in active negotiations, strong negotiation skills are critical for securing favorable pricing and contract terms. A good understanding of software and IT infrastructure is beneficial to properly evaluate products and technical architecture. Ability to manage multiple, long-cycle projects simultaneously. Analytical skills to conduct market analysis, evaluate proposals, and understand complex software solutions. Don’t meet every single requirement?
