In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their business challenges and design, develop, and implement software solutions that drive success. You will play a critical part in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
• Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements or new solutions.
• Design scalable, efficient, and maintainable software architectures.
• Develop custom software applications or configure third-party tools to meet client needs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance during implementation.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance.
• Work with cross-functional internal teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to deliver successful outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to client engagements.
