• Performed Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) on Web application. against OWASP standards using pen testing tools
• Reporting & Recommendations to improve security posture.
• Co-ordinate with Client for gathering requirements and resolving technical and functional issues
• Security Documentation and Reporting
• Knowledge of Security Standards (ISO 27001 for data protection, PCI-DSS for card data security)
• Security Automation (basic scripting in Python)
• SIEM and EDR Solutions (e.g., Tehtris)
• Defect Reporting and Tracking (JIRA)
• Penetration Testing: Web, Web Services (API),SCA
• Research on latest security tools and techniques
• Windows and Linux (Basics)
• Knowledge on SonarQube
• Execute the security testing as per the checklist test scenario
• Map the Issue with OWASP top 10 and sans 25
• Assign the severity of the vulnerabilities based on the risk assessment calendar.
• Give proper recommendations in code level to fix the vulnerabilities.
