Description
As a Software Contract Management Specialist, you will streamline contract processes and ensure efficient agreement creation to support Infineon's growing software business. As part of the Software Business Enablement (SWT SWBE) team, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and Legal teams, driving scalable and optimized contract management. Provide dedicated advisory support on software-specific questions, acting as a consultant for compliance and strategic considerations Serve as the interface between business stakeholders and the Legal team, gathering relevant information and collaborating to meet deadlines efficiently Advise business stakeholders on contract management requests related to the software business, ensuring legal and compliance requirements are met Efficiently resolve bottlenecks, including clarifications with Legal, Tax, or other stakeholders to finalize all contracts within the target timeframe Provide stakeholders with access to the tool to generate draft agreements using pre-approved templates, ensuring they can create and manage defined agreements independently Support services and processes required for the sale of software, ensuring contracts are handled with speed and efficiency Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the end-to-end contract creation and management process for the software business We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, thrives in cross-functional collaboration, and can deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field, with a focus on contract management or software business (mandatory) At least 3 years of professional experience in contract management or legal advisory roles with exposure to software-related business and its legal aspects (mandatory) Knowledge of software licensing, intellectual property, open-source licenses and software distribution, including compliance requirements and industry best practices (mandatory) Experience in the semiconductor industry or technology sector, with an understanding of its business processes and challenges (preferred) Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills to collaborate across teams and resolve bottlenecks in contract creation efficiently (mandatory) Fluent English skills (written and spoken) to ensure effective communication and collaboration; German language skills (written and spoken) are preferred We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
