Job Location Trek Waterloo HQ Job Description Location: Waterloo, WI Type: Full-Time Internship Duration: Summer 2026: Starting June 1st This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure business needs are clearly understood, solutions are well-defined, projects are planned with precision, and delivered on time with excellence. Acting as both a delivery leader and analytical problem solver, this role ensures alignment between IT and business stakeholders, orchestrates cross-functional teams, and drives outcomes that enhance Trek’s products, systems, processes, and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to understand project needs Translate needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and process flows. Learn end-to-end delivery of solutions, from ideation through go-live and hypercare. Build and maintain project and delivery plans aligned with business priorities. Ensure solutions meet functional and technical expectations. Facilitate project meetings Ensure all critical documentation is maintained Provide clear, consistent updates on project health, milestones, and risks to leaders and stakeholders. Qualifications Knowledge of project methodologies such as agile and waterfall, and software delivery lifecycles (SDLC). Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma, and SQL basics. Exceptional communication skills, able to engage both technical teams and executives. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving instincts, and ability to navigate ambiguity. Familiarity with data architecture, reporting, or analytics tools.
