Description

The role:Liaising across multiple technical and Professional Services departments to manage releases
Utilise strong change management skills, changing priority when required and ensuring all stakeholders are informed and onboard
Take ownership of issues as they arise to completion, again, communication is key
Work closely with Senior Management to streamline all release processes, focusing on QA and be internal and external point of contact
Identify, document and address any and all incidents to further improve future processes
From time to time, act as internal Release expert with PreSales/Professional Services to ensure customer facing issues are understood and resolved
