• Demonstrate creative skills during the conceptual phase of projects, translating requirements into innovative, clear and realistic concepts.
• Act as a bridge between architects and engineers from a technical perspective.
• Assume responsibility for a module/sub-system throughout the whole software cycle.
• Possess strong communication skills to effectively guide and mentor a team of (senior) engineers
