As a Software Development Engineer Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical vision and delivering scalable, high-performance applications. Accountabilities Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture for software projects. Lead the design and development of full stack solutions using .NET Core, C#, Angular, and JavaScript. Oversee the implementation of scalable PostgreSQL database solutions. Apply and enforce best practices including design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Repository) and SOLID principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals and timelines. Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and hands-on problem solving. Ensure high-quality software development practices via continuous integration, deployment, and cloud-based workflows using AWS. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and assess their potential for adoption within the team. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 9+ years of experience in software development, with recent experience in a technical leadership role. 5+ years of hands-on experience with: .NET Core, C#, Angular, JavaScript PostgreSQL database design and optimization Design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Repository) and SOLID principles Source control systems such as GitHub and Bitbucket Cloud technologies, particularly AWS Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
