HOW WILL I MAKE AN IMPACT?

We are looking for software developers who have a passion for technology and code. Beyond code, developers are expected to collaborate closely with others including technical product managers, designers and QA. Your ideas and perspectives are essential to making sure we are building the right things.
Working on the D2L Lumi team, you will contribute to the development of new AI-powered products and features, integrating cutting-edge techniques and tools into our already advanced development processes. Your efforts will build on our strong foundation of innovation, helping the organization deliver AI capabilities while exploring the limits and understanding associated challenges. You will foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, ensuring we remain agile and responsive to the ever-evolving technological landscape

• Experience in software development, preferably in a technology focused company
• Acumen with AI tools and techniques, ideally both in assisting software development and in delivering AI-powered features
• Ability to analyze and decompose problems into potential technical solutions
• Experience with OO design and proficient coding skills
• Experience with full-stack languages, such as C#, JavaScript/NodeJS, TypeScript, and Python, and frontend frameworks like Web Components and React
• Strong understanding of Computer Science topics including data structures, algorithms, databases, distributed systems
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar technical discipline
