Job Description Your contribution to something big: Design, develop, and maintain internal applications that are used by our own employees and improve business processes across departments Work with modern technologies such as C# and .NET framework to build scalable and reliable software solutions Take ownership of database management and ensure high performance and stability using MS SQL Server Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into efficient technical solutions You are not afraid of old code. An important part of your job is to independently analyze, maintain, and continuously improve existing legacy systems, ensuring long-term sustainability Explore and integrate AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to help improve our workflow and build smart features into our internal products. Support colleagues by solving complex technical issues as part of 2nd level support Qualifications What distinguishes you: Education Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field Experience 3-5 years of experience in software development with C# and .NET Experience working with MS SQL Server and database design Experience in understanding user needs and translating them into technical plans Know-how Strong expertise in backend development using C#/.NET Solid understanding of old programs. You can quickly and independently get familiar with legacy code and find good solutions to problems Interest or initial experience in applying AI tools in software development Languages Very good English skills.
