WithSecure™ is seeking a Software Developer (Cloud) to join our dynamic Products organization. You will be part of the engineering team behind WithSecure™ Elements incident response capabilities. This team designs and builds the core response technology that empowers both our internal teams and customers to detect, investigate, and mitigate cyber threats effectively.
In this role you will be part of an agile development team, with end-to-end ownership of features spanning our backends and multi-platform endpoint software. Your focus will be to shape scalable, high-performance systems in AWS and contribute to DevOps practices that ensure smooth operation and continuity in production. This role demands a balance of technical depth, collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Working knowledge of AWS services and experience with cloud development of scalable backends.
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js development and ecosystems.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, serverless solutions, and working with docker containers.
• Experience with building and utilizing test automation, CI/CD and DevOps systems.
• Bonus points for proficiency and interest in endpoint (Windows, Linux, macOS) and front-end web development enabling full-stack contributions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cloud Development: Design, develop and maintain scalable backends in AWS for the WithSecure Elements platform.
• Technical Problem-solving: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Practicing DevOps: Develop and maintain test automation and DevOps infrastructure for effective testing and monitoring of live systems.
• Full-stack Development: Optionally, contribute to our endpoint technology stack based on skills and willingness to develop full-stack solutions.
