The position has a hybrid working pattern, with a mixture of remote, home working and days required within the office, with laptop/equipment provided.

YOUR SKILLS

• Strong technical background
• Knowledge of Microsoft .Net or Java development
• Web application development experience.
• Essential skills in C# or Java
• Desirable skills in React, Mobile Development, NoSQL (e.g. MongoDb/Cosmos) and SQL (e.g. MSSQL/Postgres)
• Competent in debugging and documenting technical issues
• Azure DevOps
• Communicating resolutions to problems, willingness to help others.
• Planning software deployments

• You will be working on an innovative, cloud based HR software platform.
• You will work in a close-knit team of analysts, designers, and developers.
• You will be presenting new ideas for system improvements.
• You will be testing software in controlled, real situations before going live.
• You will provide daily and weekly feedback on how the development sprint is progressing.
• You will provide support for leading organisation pre and post live
