[http://computershare.com/flex] We give you a world of potential We have an exciting opportunity for Software Developers who will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of the Order Routing Management System (ORMS), a Tier‑1, business‑critical application that underpins Computershare’s global trading operations. ORMS acts as the integration layer between SCRIP (all regions), EquatePlus, external brokers, and global exchanges, handling trade orders across multiple markets. The role exists to address sustained business demand and ensure the long‑term stability and evolution of the platform. Why is this role exciting? Well, there are a few things that make this role stand out: * You will work on a Tier 1, business‑critical trading platform (ORMS) that underpins Computershare’s global order routing and exchange connectivity * You will gain exposure to complex transaction processing across multiple markets, integrating with brokers and global exchange A role you will love * Designing, developing, and maintaining application components within the ORMS platform. * Supporting and enhancing a long‑lived, mission‑critical codebase with a strong emphasis on stability, correctness, and reliability. * Collaborating closely with ORMS subject‑matter experts to absorb deep system and domain knowledge. * Diagnosing and resolving complex production issues affecting order routing, broker integration, and exchange connectivity. * Contributing to roadmap delivery aligned to the approved multi‑year ORMS investment strategy. * Participating in knowledge‑transfer activities to reduce key‑person dependency and improve team resilience.
