ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years in digital product development, with a strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
• Self leadership and a “can-do mentality” – by presenting initiatives and drive the potential business value from start to finish.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (mainly Power Apps but also Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proficiency in Azure Logic Apps and related Azure services.
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
• Experience with C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Specialists, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to align with business processes.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, JavaScript, and Azure services.
• Build and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
• Implement and manage Azure Logic Apps for seamless integration between systems including monitoring and user centric exception handling.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and best practices.
