ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking to onboard a Software Developer to build enhancements and support post-implementation/BAU for mission-critical systems. The role spans hands-on development (Java & COBOL), SQL analytics, defect resolution, and close collaboration with project leads and business users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Feature Delivery: Design, develop, and enhance application features in Java and COBOL ; document technical specs and test cases.
• SQL & Reporting: Write and optimize SQL queries for reports, analytics, and data validation.
• Production Support: Troubleshoot post-go-live issues across Java/COBOL apps and databases; perform root-cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Quality & Testing: Execute unit/integration testing; assist UAT; ensure changes meet functional acceptance criteria.
• Collaboration: Partner with project leads, users, and developers to refine requirements, improve processes, and drive automation.
