The ideal candidate is a technically strong and solutions-driven developer with hands-on experience in C# and .NET development, alongside a solid understanding of web technologies such as React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. They are skilled in API development, working with JSON/XML, and troubleshooting complex issues.
They have a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and are confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage support tickets and competing priorities effectively are essential.
Ideally, the candidate has prior experience working with Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and cloud technologies within large, complex IT environments. A background in collaborating with third-party system integrators and managing projects independently is highly desirable.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to the growth of our business, we are looking to expand our application support team in our IT Department. This role will be supporting the rollout of our new ERP landscape across Flogas Energy, with a heavy focus on leveraging technology to enhance business processes. The role can be based in either our Head Office in Dublin Airport or Derry with remote working options available for both locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain software applications using C# and .NET technologies.
• Design and implement file and data transformation processes.
• Work on web development projects using React, JavaScript, and other modern frameworks.
• Develop and integrate APIs using JSON and XML formats.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues through support ticket management.
• Power Platform Development, working with PowerApps and Power Automate
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Translate requirements from project teams and business into technical solutions working closely with other developers and software vendor to implement them.
• Perform bug fixes, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and user guides.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance technical skills.
