Join our InteleShare team as a Software Developer and help build the future of secure, cloud-based medical image sharing. You’ll be architecting solutions that connect healthcare providers, imaging centers, hospitals, and patients worldwide—enabling life-changing diagnoses to reach the right hands at the right time.

As part of our InteleShare development team, you’ll craft solutions for complex challenges, working on a platform that seamlessly handles DICOM medical imaging across institutions, geographies, and systems. Every line of code you write has the potential to accelerate critical medical decisions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • Close to 5 years of professional web application development experience or equivalent strong educational foundation with demonstrable coding ability.
  • Curiosity and rapid learning ability, you absorb new technologies and apply them independently
  • Generalist mindset with comfort switching between languages, frameworks, and problem domains as business needs evolve
  • Self-starter with bias toward action, you spot needs, assume ownership, and deliver solutions without waiting for detailed instructions
  • Communication excellence across technical and business audiences, with the clarity to explain complex concepts simply
  • Problem-solving mastery with debugging skills that turn mysterious issues into understood, resolved challenges
  • Project scoping expertise, you break down long-term goals into manageable, deliverable increments
  • Remote work effectiveness, proven ability to maintain high productivity and engagement in distributed team environments

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Perl development experience
  • REST API and PostgreSQL database development expertise
  • Frontend development experience: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
  • Container orchestration with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience in fast-paced development environments
  • Git/GitHub version control mastery
  • Unit and integration testing best practices
  • AWS cloud services knowledge
  • Healthcare technology background: DICOM, HL7, medical imaging, or radiology workflow understanding
    Additional Information
    The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000/yr CAD to $126,000/yr CAD. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Intelerad is a total compensation company. Pay is dependent on the position offered. Bonus and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
