What you’ll do

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing data-driven experiments improve growth across the whole customer journey
  • Implementing new growth technologies and methodologies
  • Analyzing complex growth data to inform strategy adjustments
  • Collaborating with Sales & Marketing Management, Revenue Operations and Business Intelligence to ensure seamless execution and measurement of growth initiatives
  • Driving growth innovation and best practices across the organization

What you’ll need
Qualifications

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Frontend and backend development experience, including experience managing data pipelines
  • Experience using Generative AI in a programmatic way
  • Growth mindset, understanding and executing on business goals
  • Ability to work autonomously and being flexible in a dynamic environment
  • Good communication skills with the ability to write clearly about technical and product-related subjects
  • Experience in data analysis and data visualization
  • Ability to work with the following languages and technologies: Python, JS, SQL, ElasticSearch
