THE OPPORTUNITY: SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

At HealthTrust Europe (HTE), we are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our Software Development team, where you can make a difference within your role, take pride in your work and be part of a team that is taking the company into a new and exciting era.
As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Software Development Team to understand business requirements from users and incorporate the requirements into applications that meet the defined need(s). They will be instrumental in the delivery of software solutions that are detailed in the Business Solutions workplan. Primary focus is to develop the database and web applications to support business at HealthTrust Europe, principally utilizing Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Application Express and Salesforce.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Technical Skills – Good knowledge and experience of software development
• Expert in SQL (Preferably PL/SQL knowledge)
• Strong in Object Orientated programming language (e.g. Java, C#)
• Experience with Oracle Application Express
• Strong in version control systems (e.g. Github / GIT)
• Understanding of developer operations platforms (e.g. JIRA, DevOps)
• Microsoft Office
• Excellent Customer Service
• Strong understanding of coding standards and change control processes
• Strong communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Strong at problem solving and ability to produce creative solutions
