POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re especially interested in individuals with experience working on a full stack development team in emerging technologies who can help us explore and integrate intelligent automation into our solutions.

This position would be on our iVUE Connect Service Development team, which is NISC’s solution providing functionality to support and enhance the business processes performed by customer service representatives in the billing department, such as reviewing the details of a customer’s recent bill, adding charges to the customer’s account, enrolling the customer in a billing program (e.g. budget or prepaid billing), adjusting a customer’s bill, among many others.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
EDUCATION PREFERRED:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
