Description TRISTAR is seeking a talented and experienced Software Developer III to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting a fast-paced environment focused on building and maintaining the Marine Corps Command and Control User Interface. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled developer to contribute to critical military systems and advance their career in a collaborative and innovative setting. Requirements Experience with Git version control (i.e. Version Tracking, Branching & Merging, Distributed Nature & Collaboration). Proficient in object-oriented programming languages (i.e. Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.). Familiarization with the Linux operating system, specifically Red Hat versions. Containerization experience (i.e. Docker & Podman container engines). Familiarization with backend technologies / database management & data storage (i.e. Express, Hono, SQL, etc.). Must be a U.S. Citizen. Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications Typescript programming language. Go programming language. GitLab. Container & Code Cybersecurity Remediation. Familiarization with TAK (i.e. TAK Server, ATAK, TAKX). Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Must already have or be able to obtain a CompTIA Security Plus certification prior to start date.
