QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Ability to work full time on client site in Huntsville, AL
• Bachelor’s degree & 3+ years professional experience required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming
• Expertise in object-oriented design and implementation
• Experience with Windows and Linux OS
• Ability to integrate third-party libraries

Preferred:

• Active Public Trust clearance
• Domain expertise in space flight operations systems
• Python, bash, Java, C#, Subversion, CMake, XML, JSON
• Web-based system development
• SQLite, virtual machines, cloud computing

WORK YOU’LL DO

• Provide software development support to a suite of software applications and libraries used for mission operations support for the International Space Station.
• Advance the Telescience Resource Kit (TReK) used for mission operations on the ISS and future moon to Mars missions.
