As a Technical Lead, you will be part of our international and multidisciplinary team, working with a modern tech stack and driving the continuous development and efficiency improvement of our solutions together with your colleagues. Your focus will be on digitizing, automating, and intelligently integrating our clients' business processes. With your technical understanding and drive, you will create solutions that have a real impact.

You are an experienced backend or full-stack engineer and already have experience in a Technical Lead role. You are ready to familiarize yourself with our specialist topics – work, health and wealth offer exciting domains with real potential for shaping the future.

What to expect

• You will take on the technical leadership of a product team – hands-on in code and reviews as well as conceptually at the architecture level.
• You are responsible for architectural decisions, the technical roadmap, and non-functional requirements (e.g., quality, security, performance) within your product.
• You will work closely with the Product Owner and Business Owner, the Architecture Group, and other teams to implement new features and products.
• You coach, mentor and develop your team members and actively promote an open feedback and learning culture.
• You will continuously establish and improve our engineering standards (Clean Code, CI/CD, Testing, DevOps).

What you bring

• You have a degree in computer science / engineering or comparable practical experience and several years of experience as a software engineer (Java with Spring Boot and/or React) in agile teams.
• You have experience in the technical leadership of teams and communicate clearly and on an equal footing.
• Modular architectures, domain-driven design, and hexagonal architecture are familiar to you.
• You are proficient in working with container and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AKS) as well as relational and ideally NoSQL databases.
• You speak German and English very well.
