JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist in the development, design, and support of company applications and IT systems under the guidance of senior team members. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in software development, database management, and IT support while working in a collaborative, professional environment.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Associates degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (Recommended)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic knowledge of .NET, C#, or other programming languages
  • Familiarity with SQL databases and basic query writing
  • Willingness to learn API usage and software integration concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain flexible and adaptable with changing priorities in order to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, and maintains a can-do positive/professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn and be challenged with new or changing tasks
  • Open and receptive to constructive feedback

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing and testing software solutions that align with company objectives
  • Learn and apply programming skills in .NET, C#, and Javascript to support active projects
  • Help respond to IT service requests by troubleshooting basic user issues (e.g., email, software, connectivity)
  • Collaborate with team members on application integration and process improvements
  • Document work and procedures for future reference
  • Stay engaged with current technologies through assigned training and mentorship
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment while operating machines or handling materials/chemicals as required
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve workflows
  • Align with NCCM mission and culture
