Description TRISTAR is seeking a talented Software Developer IV with extensive DevOps experience to support a fast-paced environment building and maintaining the Common Administrator Toolkit (CAT) in support of the Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S). In this role, you will design, configure, and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring the seamless, secure, and efficient delivery of containerized applications. You will play a critical role in optimizing deployment processes to meet software requirements while adhering to modern industry best practices. Requirements Proficient in object-oriented programming languages (i.e. C++, Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.). Experience with Git version control (i.e. Version Tracking, Branching & Merging, Distributed Nature & Collaboration). Familiarization with the Linux operating system, specifically Red Hat versions. Strong experience in containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes. Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible (i.e. Ansible Tasks, Ansible Inventory, Ansible Play, and Ansible Playbook. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance. In person / onsite work expected with the Gov. customer a minimum of 3 days per week. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Must already have or be able to obtain a CompTIA Security Plus certification prior to start date.
