KEY REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, preferably working on product lines
• 3+ years of professional experience in a role with significant impact on a software product’s architecture
• Strong understanding of Cloud-native application architectures, microservices, and API’s
• In-depth knowledge of Java, Eclipse OSGi and other modularization frameworks, gRPC, Flutter, Dart, Docker, GitLabCI, Bash scripting
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain solutions based on user experience and business value
• You are an opportunity seeker and have the ability to lead the way
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowing German is a plus

THE ROLE:

As a Software Developer (Java & Flutter), you will develop and maintain our Java backend while building a new Flutter frontend. Join our agile, distributed team and collaborate with experts to deliver high-quality software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technically shape our product in collaboration with product management
• Architecturally guide three cross-functional agile teams, working across three locations in Germany and Romania
• Drive development and contribute to transform our application into a service-oriented solution
• Be a technically excellent partner to internal stakeholders including professional services, CloudOps, and customer service
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies and trends in the software engineering domain, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our product and processes
