Accountabilities:

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Leads the design, development, enhancement, and implementation of software applications.
• Reviews assignments and code of other developers to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Manages and coordinates the scheduling and execution of monthly application releases.
• Analyzes software applications and identifies Risk application functionalities for design, development, and testing.
• Supervises technical IT projects and assign work to a team of five or more developers.
• Helps to formulates best practices and setting up toolsets and procedures for the team.
• Leverages available tools and collaborates with other development and product teams.
• Tests, debugs, and documents changes to new and existing software applications.
• Assists Project Managers in conducting fact-findings for system scope and objectives developing or modifying software applications.
• Provides accurate estimates for one or more applications.
• Supports internal policies and procedures (standards, controls, and metrics).
• Resolves complex software issues.
  Qualifications and Experience:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of experience as a Software Developer Lead, Sr. Software Developer, Systems Analyst, Software Engineer, Software Architect, or similar duties under a different job title.

Experience to include 8 years with:

• Application development using at least 3 of the following: Python, Java, .NET, JavaScript, and/or MATLAB;
