PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This is a good opportunity to participate in the new in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) project for one of the biggest European car makers. This is a very fast-growing project that requires talented software developers and test engineers who like challenges and new cutting-edge technologies. Applicant will have the possibility to gain experience in development or integrating/testing of different functionalities. The candidate will be part of the international team and have the opportunity to work with the latest software technologies like Android Automotive OS.

SKILLS

Must have
5+ years of engineering experience
3+ years of experience in automotive
3+ years of experience with Kotlin
HMI knowledge
Strong Soft skills
Nice to have
Navigation experience with Android
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Knowledge and insight into ASPICE
Excellent interpersonal skills and high motivation
1+ years’ experience in the navigation area

Responsibilities

To develop Navigation Controller based on one of the most advanced navigation platform, to create innovative in-car experiences with a range of services including maps, live traffic, POI search, routing and more
Help with drive architectural direction and decisions
Develop components\classes according to the architecture agreed on Architecture Board
Working closely with Development, Testers, Architects, and Product Owners throughout the development lifecycle to deliver high-quality software on time
Participation in peer reviews, estimation, and other engineering activities
Mentor and assist other engineers in or out of your areas of ownership and expertise
Contribute towards continual improvement of organizational products and processes
