2-5 years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in TypeScript.
Strong working knowledge of SQL, relational data, and database design.
Experience building and maintaining production software.
Strong problem-solving skills — you are resourceful, curious, and comfortable turning ambiguous problems into structured technical solutions.
Strong communication skills, particularly when working with non-technical stakeholders.
The ability to work independently and take ownership without needing constant direction.
An interest in understanding how businesses actually operate, not just the software sitting on top of them.
Willingness to periodically travel to client sites for discovery, implementation, and user testing.

Nice To Have

Experience with Palantir Foundry or another enterprise data/application platform.
Experience building full-stack web applications.
Familiarity with React, React Native, or other modern web/mobile frameworks.
Experience designing data pipelines or data-intensive applications.
Familiarity with ontology or domain-driven data modelling.
Experience working directly with customers, operators, or other end users.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with modern CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in Python.

Salary Range

$100,000 – $120,000 CAD

Compensation is commensurate with experience. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s specific skills, technical proficiency, and relevant industry experience.
