ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions that support our operational and strategic goals. You will work closely with the Director, General Manager, Operations Manager, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure our technology systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with our business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify technology limitations and deficiencies in existing CRM systems, processes, and methods.
• Test, debug, diagnose, and correct errors in applications to meet performance specifications.
• Support leadership in enhancing internal systems to increase sales opportunities, revenue, and margin.
• Improve service performance to clients through effective technology solutions.
• Research, consult, and evaluate system program needs to support strategic objectives.
• Develop strategies to ensure accurate, accessible data at all times.
• Drive the development of internal software to manage and track incoming materials.
• Create and maintain material tracking systems aligned with company strategies.
• Collaborate with suppliers to meet new product requirements and enhance supply chain value.
• Maintain effective communication between customers, suppliers, shareholders, and stakeholders via internal software tools.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports.
• Write, update, and maintain program code, end-user documentation, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical advice and strategies for software design, costing, and upgrades.
