• Analyze existing banking processes, procedures, and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for software development
• Translate user requirements into clear, technical specifications, use cases, and functional designs for development teams.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals and technical solutions.
• Propose and evaluate technical solutions, explaining the rationale for architectural choices to stakeholders
• Perform backend testing, review test logs, and resolve issues to ensure application quality.
• Support User Acceptance Testing ( UAT ) and ensure user-identified issues are resolved before deployment
• Use strong SQL skills to perform detailed data and business analysis.
• Prepare reports on system efficiencies and communicate findings to relevant management and stakeholders
