Overview:
The Mitel Remote Service Platform (RSP) offers efficient and highly secure Remote Service for Mitel customer and Mitel Partner customer infrastructure. Service RSP contains an infrastructure to manage and monitor customer equipment information, handle connectivity and file exchange at high availability and high security.
RSP meets the highest safety standards also for critical infrastructure of organizations and facilities of major importance for society whose failure or impairment would cause a sustained shortage of supplies, significant disruptions to public order, safety and security or other dramatic consequences.

Responsibilities:

• Working in team of software developer for RSP application and core infrastructure
• Development of new and improved standards of process automation and simplification
• Creating a new frontend and backend incorporating new technologies like AI and other automations that make the difference in support our service organization and partners in serve our customers
• Technical support management
• Support of periodic maintenance and high availability tests
• Assist for service reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional programming experience with a proven track record of developing and maintaining software.
• Experience with SQL Databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL).
• Hands-on experience with the .NET ecosystem: ASP.NET, WCF, WPF, UWP.
• Git expertise for version control, including branching, merging, and collaboration.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken). German language skills are a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving.
• Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous learning.

Advantageous:

• Strong knowledge of PHP and web development practices.
• Experience with the YII Framework for web development.
• Familiarity with Oracle Linux and Ubuntu Linux environments.
• Exposure to the DevOps toolset, including Jenkins, Docker, JIRA, and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with OpenVPN for secure networking.
