Responsible to provide System Development and support to JDE suite of ERP application, MTech Systems and Third-Party System to ensure Systems meets user requirements, objectives, timely deliverables, and overall operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Programming languages i.e. ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net.
• Working with HTML/CSS, Java Script; MSSQL, MySQL or other SQL Databases, Internet Information Services (IIS); Dot Net Framework, NodeJS, jQuery.
• Working Location: Menara Citibank, Jalan Ampang
• Nearest MRT/LRT: Ampang Park/ Persiaran KLCC (Within 5min walking distance)
• Monday to Friday, 5 days working in the office. (On-site role)
• Working Hours: 7.30am-4.30pm/ 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm

• Provide recommendations to improve the overall operations and efficiency of the System Application Software to support current and meet new business requirements.
• Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users’ requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, enquiries, provide advice and follow-through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time to ensure smooth operation of JDE / MTech application and other application systems.
• Attend to user requests, problems, and enquiries. Work with users and the project team to identify user’s needs, system/process that needs improvement and actively provide best practice solutions.
• Identify, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications based on users’ requests to develop customized reports and new/enhanced application programs within a given deadline.
• Supervise and work with vendors to ensure projects/tasks are implemented as per specification and on time.
• Generate and maintain appropriate technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure the completion of new programs or enhancements of programs meets the set deadline.
• Ensure Program and System Integration Testing is done thoroughly with proper Test Plan documentation. Perform Application Testing together with User and Application Support Team Member.
• Assist in every IT related area including Supply Chain initiatives as and when required to ensure the Companies objectives are met.
• To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
