As a Software Developer at Optima, you will:

• Minimum of 2 years commercial experience.
• Contribute to the design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Innovate and collaborate with other stakeholders to find solutions to problems.
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code using industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure smooth functionality.
• Supporting live software
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to help you develop as a Developer.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
