Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer / Programmer to join our IT manufacturing team in multinational company located in Sarawak. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications and systems that enhance our manufacturing processes and tracking capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Developer / Programmer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures for high quality software development (knowledge on web application / microservices development)
  • Preferably experience with manufacturing execution system (MES) / knowledge of industrial automation & control systems / familiarity of Agile development methodologies would be advantageous.
  • Willing to work onsite (Sarawak)

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C# or similar experience on Web / API development in the NET Framework (C#, VB, NET Core), Microsoft IIS.
  • Experience with database management systems (MS SQL- Scripting, Indices, Views, Stored Procedures)
  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    Job Type: Contract
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify software requirements and specifications.
  • Design, develop, and implement software applications to improve manufacturing processes and tracking systems.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well documented code.
  • Test and debug software applications to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Maintain and update existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications.
