Description

We are looking for an experienced JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. The primary focus of the selected candidate would be on developing user interface components implementing and executing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) and especially hooks. Also ensuring that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to manage. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are important. Responsibilities: Develop new components and features for our front-end app(s) Write, audit, and improve our test coverage Document and refactor our front-end codebase Profile and improve our front-end performance Write about your work and contribute back to open source Requirements: 2+ years' experience working with a JavaScript framework, preferably React In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5 and front-end languages In-depth understanding of JavaScript, the DOM, and relevant concepts Proficiency with browser based debugging and performance testing Understanding of progressive web apps (PWA) Experience with a testing framework (Jest/Mocha) Experience using Git Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will develop new components and features for front-end applications and ensure the robustness and manageability of the overall application. They will also write, audit, and improve test coverage while documenting and refactoring the front-end codebase.
