Analysis, maintenance and further development of existing legacy applications in healthcare.
Handling support cases in second-level support, including error analysis, troubleshooting and bug fixing.
Implementation of minor enhancements and adjustments within existing systems. Optimization of existing processes and ensuring the stability and availability of applications.
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Collaboration with internal IT teams as well as external service providers and partner organizations
