Do you like the thought of working with satellites? We are looking for an Software Engineer to join a growing team.

Their technologies are deployed in more than 150 countries and operate across 200+ international networks spanning government, military, telecom, and broadcast sectors. With a strong global presence, including regional offices across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia,

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and maintaining a web interface for satellite modems.
• Designing and building new features for an existing network management platform.
• Developing front-end applications using JavaScript and React.
• Building back-end functionality using Java within a Cisco NSO application.
• Helping maintain and improve the build environment using Gradle, Jenkins and Git.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or a related subject, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years’ experience developing web applications with JavaScript.
• Experience in object-oriented development using Java.
• Confidence using Linux as both a development and target platform.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn Cisco NSO.
• Very good English and good German language skills.
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, Python or network management protocols such as NETCONF and SNMP would be a bonus.
