We’re now looking for a Software Developer to join our growing development team in Solihull. This is a role for someone who enjoys building things that work beautifully, solving problems with creativity, and being part of a supportive team where your contributions make a visible difference.
What You’ll Do

As a Software Developer with us, your work will go beyond writing code — you’ll be creating tools and systems that genuinely improve how businesses communicate and operate.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine requirements and turn concepts into working solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team.
• Contribute ideas for product improvements and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in software development.
• Proficiency in at least one core programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python, or similar).
• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Understanding of version control systems (Git or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a genuine interest in technology.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, React, Angular, Django).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• An interest in communication tech or SaaS platforms.

• Salary of £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience.
