JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with expertise in Zoho Creator and Zoho product configuration to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business applications using Zoho Creator, as well as configuring and customizing other Zoho products (such as CRM, Books, People, Desk, etc.) to meet our organizational needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in Zoho Creator application development.
• Hands-on expertise in configuring and customizing Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
• Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting, APIs, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Zoho Creator or Zoho CRM certification(s).
• Experience with third-party integrations (payment gateways, email systems, cloud storage, etc.).
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and automation tools.

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications in Zoho Creator to automate workflows and improve business efficiency.
• Configure and customize Zoho products (CRM, Books, People, Desk, Projects, etc.) to align with company processes.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools and platforms using APIs, Deluge scripting, and webhooks.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and automated workflows across Zoho applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain Zoho applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with Zoho product updates and new feature releases to continuously improve business processes.
