Requirements What You’ll Do You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping and improving our business systems by: Designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), and SharePoint Turning loosely defined business requests into clear requirements and effective technical solutions Partnering directly with end users to understand workflows, improve processes, and deliver user-friendly tools Documenting system configurations, workflows, and processes to support scalability and knowledge sharing Collaborating with external vendors on implementations, testing, QA, and deployments Auditing existing systems to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and modernization What We’re Looking For You’ll be a great fit if you bring: Proven experience in software or systems development (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, C#, JavaScript, SQL, or similar technologies) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to map business workflows to technical solutions Comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance or training Experience partnering with vendors or third-party implementers (a plus, not a must) Residency in Orlando, FL, with the ability to work on-site in a hybrid environment Growth & Career Path This role is intentionally designed as a developer-first hybrid position.
